Federal Trade Commission's website. This page tells you about the CAN-SPAM
Act -- the rules commercial emailers have to follow. Read down the page and
you will find a link for the FTC's home page, where you can submit
complaints to the FTC online. You will also find an email address to
forward SPAM and other offending emails to the FTC.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to copy the Internet headers of the offending email and paste them into the email you send to the FTC, don't just send the FTC a complaint.
