| The link below opens a page to the
Federal Trade Commission's website. This page tells you about the
CAN-SPAM Act -- the rules commercial emailers have to follow. Read
down the page and you will find a link for the FTC's home page, where you
can submit complaints to the FTC online. You will also find an email
address to forward SPAM and other offending emails to the FTC.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to forward
the offending email, don't just send the FTC a complaint. Forwarding
the email sends the email header with the original message. The FTC MUST
have the email header in order to try to track down the offender.

By the way -- please don't be
offended if you see ad links here that pertain to Direct Mail Marketing --
it's not intentional. Ads for vendors who can help you control SPAM should
appear, but right now, Google doesn't have a way to filter out ads by
keyword. A keyword filter will be applied as soon as it's available.
