The Insert Table dialog box appears. Set columns to 2, rows to 2, and column width to Fixed and 1.5. Click the OK button. | |

Your document should now appear similar to the one at right. Place the cursor in the upper left hand cell of the table we just inserted. | |

It's time to add a picture to our work. For purposes of this instruction set, we will use the clip art included with Microsoft Word 2000. Select Picture and Clip Art from the Insert menu. Note: images such as photos and artwork are protected by copyright law. Make sure you have the copyright holder's permission to use these images before adding them to your business card. | |

The Insert ClipArt dialog box should appear. Type "sun" (without the quotes) in the box marked "Search for clips" and press the Enter key. (If you prefer, you can choose any clip art image you like -- it won't affect this instruction set). | |
